I think it is so important to take time as people to reflect on where we have been, where we are and where we are going. In honor of that idea, I’m sharing a wedding today from September of 2006! Katie & Jim were married at a private family lodge on a gorgeous fall day over 3 years ago. I love looking at weddings from years ago because it reminds me of 2 things: First, the more we do something the better we get. I’m always striving to photograph the next wedding better than the last. Second, I want to tell the story of a wedding day in a classic, timeless way. I want my couples to look back on their wedding photos years later and still remember what that day felt like. A matchless moment in time.
