I’m so excited to share this wedding with you! Carissa and Aaron were not a typical bride and groom with a typical traditional wedding. Aaron wore dark jeans. Carissa’s dress was 100 years old (seriously!). They said their vows in an art gallery. We feasted on some amazing French food for the reception. And then they whisked away to Paris for their honeymoon.
Carissa’s little sister was so happy and proud of her big sister all day.
Loved the handmade paper cranes for their ceremony. And all the gorgeous art surrounding them.
I love how Carissa’s dad is looking at her as he gives her away to Aaron.
You may remember Carissa and Aaron from their super fun engagement session from a few months ago. I could tell they were in love then and on their wedding day it just radiated.
They had a vintage convertible to whisk them away after the ceremony and they had so much fun together driving through the city with the wind (literally) blowing through their hair :)
The details in this gorgeous little French cafe were amazing. So I am sharing a lot of them because it’s my blog and I can :)
And off to Paris amongst sparklers!
And to wrap up their wonderful day, enjoy their trailer done by Matt Reed. I love when couples have both classic, timeless photos and a great cinematic video to remember their day. It just makes me happy :)
Thank you to all the wonderful people who made this day fabulous.
