Nashville Wedding Photography ◦ KATIE & NEAL

Katie & Neal met in Nashville on St. Patrick’s Day, so it was only appropriate that they get married in Nashville on St. Patrick’s Day 5 years later! From the moment we met these two, we adored them and were so happy to celebrate with them on their wedding day! Katie has a great love and appreciation for photography (and shoes!), so it was an honor when she and Neal asked us to document their love, marriage and joy with their closest friends and family. It was such a relaxed and fun day, celebrating true love between two wonderful people. Enjoy just a small sneak peek into their beautiful wedding day!

Katie got ready with a few of her closest friends. The house was full of laughter and excitement.Katie was pretty excited about her gift from Neal :)Meanwhile, the guys kept it chill with a little lunch.Katie, you were such a beautiful bride.Love this moment between Katie and her brother…and her sweet nieces.Such a sweet ceremony.We were dodging showers all day but I love the classic feel of these moments. And the joy :)And then it was time for a little party at The Boundry.
Neal’s one request was that his groom’s cake be a huge piece of cheese so he could announce that it was “time to cut the cheese.” :)Congratulations, Katie & Neal! We wish you a lifetime of laughter and love together.

What an honor it has been to get to know Lauren & Stewart over the last year. These two were high school sweethearts and when they are together, it seems as if they have always been so. Lauren is probably one of the sweetest brides to ever live and I loved that on her wedding day you could tell it was truly the day of her dreams. All the details from their amazing engagement session to her gorgeous bridal session and culminating in their beautiful wedding day, it all had the love of Lauren & Stewart written all over it. Nashville Engagement Photography ◦ LYNAE & BRENTON

Oh, how we love when our couples have siblings who get married as well :) We always love getting to celebrate with the family & friends of our couples on their wedding day and Jen & Armand, along with their family, have held a special place in our heart since their amazing wedding back in 2010. So when we found out that Jen’s brother Brenton was engaged to Lynae, we were so so excited! These two are a match made in heaven. Though they are from different parts of the country, they have known each other since they were kids and listening to Lynae tell the story of how they went from pretty much hating each other as kids to falling in love was so sweet. These two can be playful, romantic, goofy and serious together and through it all, completely adore each other. I think you’ll see that from their engagement session :)

Lynae wanted to do something fun with huge balloons for their Save the Dates and it was so so windy. I think if they would have had anymore they might have been lifted right up in the air! We had so much fun :)Lynae is from Denver & Brenton is from Nashville. They spend Sundays together enjoying football and of course, had to show off their colors. Thankfully, it’s a friendly rivalry :)Lynae & Brenton, thanks so much for spending such a fun afternoon with us. Can’t wait for September!

Nashville Engagement Session ◦ EMILY & MATT

Emily & Matt share a deep love for music, so it only made sense that we celebrate their engagement in the heart of Music City. We wandered around a couple of their favorite Nashville spots – Hatch Show Print & the Ryman, talking about life, laughing and always my favorite part, listening to them tell the story of how they fell in love. What I loved most during their engagement session was seeing how well they balance each other. They are the perfect compliment for one another and you can tell how excited they are to become husband & wife. We had so much fun and cannot wait for their wedding this November at the wonderful Historic Cedarwood! And we can’t wait to enjoy their wedding playlist :)
